Development of conceptual models and SKK


Necessity of use of the general{common} conceptual models forces to consider{examine} anew a problem of designing of a DB of that is called NSI (the normativno-help information) and SKK (system of classification and coding).


Till now often there is an opinion, that SKK - means of the reduced performance of the information in the integrated DB. Actually, absence SKK or use incorrectly constructed SKK results in semantic incompatibility of the information stored{kept} in various DB or even in one DB. In these conditions use of the most advanced modes of technological interoperability will not lead to to achievement of the purposes. Thus, it is expedient to use jobs on designing a DB with NSI and designing SKK as the beginning and a basis for creation of conceptual space About, for construction of conceptual model of activity of the enterprise.


Conceptual models and the subsequent design jobs

At the subsequent design stages actually a DB the conceptual model continues to be used with the various purposes, for example:


Development of set of different subject information models with allocation of the general{common} information suhhnostej;

Development of functional models of different types;

Development semanticheski rich means of support of the user, etc.

Technological openness

In IS new architecture SUBD become determining but not a unique component integrating ON (including - intermediate, or middleware). Monitors of transactions and processes, means of semantic modelling and use of conceptual models, SUBD-independent means of development and execution{performance} of applications - other classes of components ON, providing achievement of this purpose.


Preservation of independence from SUBD is recommended on the basis of use of toolkit and the standards covering various SUBD. Refusal of communication{connection} with one SUBD, an openness case-a repository, an opportunity of development of the metamodels supported in repositories, and design procedures used to them is only minimal requirements to methods and tools.


It is expedient to be guided by the case-systems focused on an opportunity of parallel designing a component by independent developers (including - without use of the given case-system) with the subsequent integration of a metainformation.


Means of development of applications should meet the requirements of mobility of applications and, simultaneously, job in the heterogeneous environment of the distributed{allocated} DB.
